When individuals remain inactive for long periods of time, they do not experience the exercise that can raise the heart rate for 20 to 30 minutes a day resulting in an increase in the HDL cholesterol level the good cholesterol.
It is a very good sign to have higher proportion of HDL as this is the very cholesterol that acts as a cleaner for the bad cholesterol.
The other effect of exercise is that it reduces our body weight especially if we are over weight, as obesity is also another risk factor for high cholesterol which may lead to heart diseas and stroke.
It is easy to increase your activity level simply by taking the dog for a walk, or doing simple household chores for at least a continual 20 to 30 minutes each day.
The other major cause of high cholesterol is actually mental and emotional stress, we always think such stress lead to other major health problem and overlook its effect on cholesterol.
Exercise is the most common way to handle stress, incidentally, exercise is also a very good way to get out of sedantry lifestyle and it is an almost sure fire way to reduce weight, both also a key contributor to unhealthy cholesterol level.Exercising gets your body moving and your mind off of problems and focused on the things you encounter as you exercise especially if you exercise outdoor in nature. Biking, jogging, swimming and walking are all good exercise choices as well as any aerobic exercise program that will raise your heart rate for at least 20 to 30 minutes each day.

How to take care of hair scissors and a simple method of self adjustment.
As a hair stylist one of your fundamental tool is hair scissors not only this tool give you ability to give your customers great hair cut but that give your clients nothing but the best kind of service and treatment. Well, it does not end with buying a pair of nice hair scissors. You also have to learn how to keep them sharp and functional to give your valued customer great service.
Here are some tips which will help you to keep your shears sharp and would last a long time.
1-The first thing to remember is treat your shears gently, the most valuable scissors are in fact more delicate and need extra attention because they have the finest edges.
2- When scissors are new or recently serviced, don’t go chomping away at heavy sections, at least give them two weeks of light work to run the edges in. Scissors with a fresh edge are easier to damage than run in scissors, don’t pressure the scissors - it could catch or even break an edge.
3- When your scissors are new or recently serviced, take things a little slower and watch what you are doing - most hairdressers will cut themselves with new scissors because they are not used to them.
4- When you are cutting scissor over comb, cut half a centimeter away from the comb so as not to damage the scissors by accidentally cutting into the comb if you need to cut closer because your scissors are pushing hair, they either need adjustment or they could be blunt!.
5 Keep your scissors in a place where they won’t get damaged for example in pouch or case. Do not put them in trolley trays where they can be chipped easily by brushes and bits and pieces.
Keep your scissors away from sterilizing solution and damp towels in front of sterilizing jars, if you are doing this, you will find your scissors blunt, spotty and corroded.
6- Scissors are not meant to be used dry without oil. Oil them every day with good quality scissor oil. This will make them cut better, stop them corroding and they will last longer.
7- Your scissors should be cleaned at the end of the day and left cleaned and oiled overnight. Rinse your scissors with warm water at your basin and carefully wipe them dry, oil the area between the blades, working the scissors so any ground up hair or moisture is expelled by oil. Now carefully spread the oil on the inside of the scissor blades with your finger. If you haven’t done this before, ask your local Scissor Man to show you how. If you’re in a hurry, at the very least wipe and oil your scissors before you run out the door.
8- It is critical that your scissors stay in the correct adjustment. All scissors need to be adjusted regularly. Here’s an easy method for you to check the adjustment yourself. Hold the scissors in what we call the "nine o’clock" position “So the one blade will be on nine o’clock and the second blade will be on twelve o’clock”, now if the horizontal handle is released, the scissors should not close but stop somewhere between "ten o’clock" and "eleven o’clock". This method works for 90% of scissors on the market. Some long blades or scissors with a balance face insert may need to be tighter, no scissors should be looser - you can adjust your scissors by turning the screw or knob clockwise a little at a time and re-checking.
9-It is also wise to shampoo your customers before hair cut the grease in your customer hair can damage the blades of the shears.

Market Samurai is a fantastic keyword tool, every time I open this thing up I feel guilty because they are constantly updating and adding more modules and enhancements to this tool and its just a one time payment of a couple hundred bucks. Believe me you might think that is expensive but for the information you can get out of Market Samurai you can quite possibly dominate your niches for a long time coming.
2. Google Keyword Tool is FREE which will put a smile on many peoples faces but also it is very powerful as well and quite frankly all you need if your just beginning in Internet Marketing, SEO, Being a Webmaster or some other type of Web job.
3. Keyword Research Pro is another killer killer tool that I would advise anyone that doesn't get. Either get this tool or get Market Samurai and your all set. You need nothing else.
4. KeywordSpy is a paid online service that allows you to type in your competitors Website and gather a list of all the keywords they are using. It says you a lot of time in keyword research by "spying" on competitors and other websites and getting a jump start on gathering keywords that might be working already.
These tools will help you but they are definitely not all of the great keyword research tools available. I'll post more information later on the use of these tools and other great tools.

I was in my favorite Mexican restaurant not too long ago and since I am friends with the owner I decided to ask her if she had a website. Which she did to my surprise but after looking at it I would have much rather her said NO I don't have one LOL.
Actually the website isn't BAD but you can tell it wasn't made by a PRO. The one thing about the Internet is that it's not always about pretty graphics, flash, video, etc. If you just have good solid content or something that people want..notice the keyword there WANT not need. If you provide people what they want you will win every single time. So in essence many websites succeed and win not because of bad graphics, bad website design or seo, hell some of these sites probably didn't do anything except put up their content and then people found it and dug in.
So I won't give you a link to the site because its still my favorite restaurant and I like the owner but if she wanted to she could easily put more time and effort into the Website and create additional revenue for her business. The thing about it is that she is doing good business now and many times business owners are happy with what they have or are very slow to change and try to improve.
The lesson here is that a bad Website Design won't kill you if you have a successful business already offline. BUT if you are just starting out and you don't have a storefront or some other type of business practice and you are attempting to build a website and try to profit then you must consult with a professional. Its a law and if you don't well you'll be just like the thousands of other people that tried it and then complained and said it doesn't work or you can't make any money online.
